Auto Renewable Contracts
Automatically renewable contracts are contracts that automatically roll forward to a new minimum contract period, at the end of the existing contract period.
Vision Telecom Solutions Contracts – Mobile, Landline, Broadband & Ethernet, I.T, Managed WiFi, Cloud PBX will be subject to auto-renewable contracts subject to the company type (see below)
- Small business (with ten employees or fewer) your contract will not be auto-renewed
- Businesses with more than ten employees will have auto-renewable contract & will enter into a new contract term, same as the previous contract. If you wish to “Opt out” or not auto-renew, you must give notice, not less than 90 days prior written notice but not greater than 120 days prior written notice expiring at the end of the Minimum Term
