Our hours of operation are: Mon – Thurs : 9.30am to 5pm and  Friday: 9.30am to 4pm.

We appreciate that our customers may require support at weekends, please see contact details below:

Billed by Vision

  • Out of Hours Lost & Stolen: (Mobile billed by Vision)  T: 08080 101 280 (Vodafone)  /  0800 977 7337 (O2)
  • Faults Landline, Broadband, Cloud PBX (billed by Vision) :  Email care@visiontelecomsolutions.co.uk
  • All other queries please call Vision during Office hours.

Note: Out of hours emails – only faults will be picked up, all other queries will be replied during office hours.

Billed by Network / Provider

  • Out of Hours Lost & Stolen: (Mobile billed by Network):   Call network directly number can be found on your most recent bill.
  • Faults Landline, Broadband, Cloud PBX (Billed by Provider Non Vision):  Call Billing Provider number can be found on your most recent bill
