Dear Customer,
We want you to be able to stay in touch with loved ones in Ukraine during this difficult time. We will be supporting our customers by refunding and crediting calls and texts made to Ukraine or whilst in Ukraine for all customers on Vision o2 and Vision Vodafone.
This means that any calls or texts made by our customers to Ukraine* from 24 February 2022 until further notice will be zero rated by Vision. Customers will see a credit on their bill for these charges and there is nothing the customer needs to do regarding this.
Credits on Bills
- • All Call Traffic will bill out at as standard costs.
- • Vision will then apply necessary credits from the 1st April. Vision will reconcile billing data after bill cycle and credit will be subsequently applied to account in the following billing period.
- • Vision reserves the right to withdraw concessions with immediate notice.
- • Vision expect customers usage to be in line with the intended spirit. Should usage be suspected to be outside this, Vision reserve the right to withdraw the gesture on a case-by-case basis.
