Next week, Apple will finally lift the lid on its iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max at its big September spectacle, with new Apple chief John Ternus fronting the event, following Tim Cook’s departure.
Apple’s new flagship expected to feature variable aperture for the first time, giving users a DSLR-like experience with precise, manual control over the background blur.
Rumours that Apple could open pre-orders for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max at midnight on Saturday 12 September, a day later than usual. In fact, it’s been 11 years since Apple last opened pre-orders for its latest iPhones on a day other than a Friday.
